What are you going to practice in my classes

My approach to Yoga is holistic and inclusive. In the classes I combine all the ancient techniques and practices for a complete and authentic transforming experience: Meditation, Kriya, Asana, Pranayama, Mudra and Mantra along with techniques from martial arts and music as tools for deeper connection.

What kind of classes you can practice

Practicing different types of classes does not mean there there are different types of Yoga. Yoga in ONE, we can practice different techniques focusing on one aspect or another. Classes are open to all levels and are adapted to the capacity and condition of the person, and to the group energy. You can join any class irrespective of any previous experience in Yoga: you will practice at your level with my assistance.

Soft Yoga

Medium-low intensity session to learn basic breathing techniques, postures alignment, to stretch muscles and tissues, to gently and deeply mobilize joints, to raise the energy level, to relax and overcome stress and depression.

Hatha Yoga

Dynamic Yoga

Medium-high intensity session, with dynamic movements and breathing, intense postures to deeply release tensions, generate inner hit, stabilize energy level, go deeply into the posture and into all the yogic techniques.

Simple session focused a on specific aspect like a body part, an emotion or a body system. The yogic techniques are modified and adapted to every particular case (for example by using props: blocks, blankets, cushions, wall). Objective of the class is to help in the prevention and healing process of the person imbalances.

A session to explore different meditation techniques. Meditation brings the person to a state of stillness and quietness where one can listen to the inner silence and access a different level of consciousness. We will work gradually by practicing concentration and relaxation techniques, steps prior to meditation.


A session to explore different deep relaxation techniques, acting on the neurovegetative nervous system by accessing the control of our unconscious functions such as breathing, hearth rate and other organic and psychological functions.

Yoga is one

Yoga for me means living a fully self-aware life. It is a personal path leading to freedom from mental, cultural, social and emotional conditioning. A path of self-observation, self-knowledge, self-transformation and self-evolution towards a conscious and harmonized life.

Yoga means being aware of how I take care of and love others, myself and nature in all its expressions. Yoga means being aware of my nutrition and consumption choices, of the effects of my actions, my words and thoughts. Yoga for me essentially means being constantly aware of my presence in this world.

Yoga is union between myself and the world surrounding, between individual consciousness and the collective consciousness. Yoga means reconnect to our innate intuition. The millenary Yoga philosophy provides us with a system of integrated practices and techniques for self-transformation towards a healthier, freer, deeper and more balanced life. Yoga is a self-empowerment tool, an ancient yet modern way to realize the potential of each one.

Yoga works body, mind and soul in an integrated way through physical and spiritual practices. Physical practices are postures, cleansing techniques and breathing techniques. Postures (Asanas) help keep muscles, tissues, bones and organs healthy and efficient. Cleansing techniques (Kriyas) help purify the physical, mental, emotional and energetic body. Breathing techniques help familiarize with, explore, control, expand and use efficiently our vital energy (Pranayama). These practices can help enhance the functionalities of our organism and together with Meditation  improve the quality of our life.

Yoga works mind and consciousness through spiritual practices of relaxation, concentration and energetic balance that lead to observation through inner silence (Meditation). Meditation can help us improve emotional and psychic balance, improve our interpersonal relationships, get better rest, prevent and cure diseases, stimulate creative thinking, improve mood. Meditation brings us peace and serenity and helps us connect with the real meaning of our lives.

Certified by Yoga Alliance International (India). Intensive face-to-face course based on the Ashtanga Yoga tradition. For persons willing to deepen their knowledge on Yoga and its philosophy with a special focus on the physical work through Power Yoga style.

About me

Nature and simple life lover, tireless seeker, with a background in environmental law and conservation, former runner and passionate about traveling. I have been living in the last twelve years in several countries from Europe to Australia and Americas. I had the chance to live life changing experiences in beautiful places connecting with inspiring people and cultures that have helped me discover myself and have opened for me a door to Yoga.

Yoga and myself

I first approached Yoga in Australia in 2009 during a long journey of deep connection to nature that led me to a new and revealing life path. I came across a powerful yet delicate tool to get to know, develop and harmonize body, mind and spirit as a whole in such a deep way that I had never experienced before.

After several years of transformative personal practice, in 2016 I trained as a Yoga teacher. Since then I share every day my personal journey inward to awaken other people’s interest for a path that can help living an aware and free life, fully connected to our body, mind and emotions.

I regularly teach classes and workshops in Canary Islands, where I am currently based. Teaching for me is a continuous exchanging and learning journey which I am grateful of every single day. I keep training with inspiring teachers and I consider myself still being in a self-transformation process, receiving with passion and open mind what Yoga keeps teaching me. I travel every year to India to connect with the source of Yoga and feel its ancient roots.

Yoga is a powerful instrument for change with its millennial philosophy and practices for consciousness expansion. If we start changing ourselves from within we can change the outside world, and the process is simpler and faster than what we think.

My lifestyle

Yoga enabled me to integrate my great passions, the connection with nature and my inner freedom, through an intense physical and spiritual work that has become my lifestyle. I live and transmit Yoga as a tool to connect with our true essence that fast and superficial modern life does not allow us to feel.

I do my best to conduct a zero-footprint life: the environment is always my priority. I grow my organic garden with much love in my adoptive land, Gran Canaria, learning from the earth and its fruits. I follow a simple local and seasonal plant based diet. Food is an important part in my life because I recognize that mine and the planet’s health begin with what I decide to put everyday on my table and into my body.

The bike is my main means of transportation, public and shared transport my only car. I have minimized non-reusable waste and I live as basic and simple as possible in terms of material needs. I have realized the value of sharing and above all that only simplicity allows me to tune in to life’s most authentic and deep meaning.

I practice silence, fasting, deep and intimate connection to nature and music to prevent and heal physical, emotional and mental imbalances.

Yoga is the science of right living and, as such, it is intended to be incorporated in daily life. It works on all aspects of the person: the physical, vital, mental, emotional, psychic and spiritual.
